Miss World 2016: Miss Puerto Rico Wins & Full List of Winners
Miss Puerto Rico takes home the crown for Miss World 2016 on December 18, 2016. Spain's Mieriea Lalaguna, Miss World 2015, passed on the crown to her successor at MGM National Harbor in the USA.
The night's event was hosted by Jason Cook and Philippines and Miss World 2013, Megan Young. The winners of the pre-pageant challenges automatically get a spot in the Top 20.
to win the Miss World title for Puerto Rico. Prior to this victory, she was crowned Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico 2016.
She's only 19 years old being born on December on December 30, 1996, in San Juan Puerto Rico. The newly crowned Miss World 2016 is also a musician, model, and student. She is currently studying at Pace University
in New York city as a BA student with major in communication studies and minor in Law.
Stephanie can speak Spanish, French, and English. According to her profile on the Miss World website, she had been representing her country since she was 8 years old. At this age, she sang being a part of the San Juan Children's Choir as an ambassador in Brazil.
